PRESENTER:

Mary Hall, a Conscious Capitalism Member and Ambassador will be presenting on the growing trend of companies becoming more purposeful in their practices and positively impacting humanity through business.

Topic

Conscious Capitalism (CC) is a philosophy and a worldwide movement to change how we think about business and how we conduct it. Conscious Capitalism Arizona is the third chapter in the US and has been building momentum including teaching its philosophy at a university level. A Conscious Company operates with a higher purpose and as a force-for-good by solving some of societies greatest challenges through business, while making a profit. Capitalism has historically elevated humanity through business and has globally lifted more people out of poverty than any other influence. There have always been unconscious-conscious companies, we call that just good business, but there have also been bad players wreaking havoc on humanity. Now the Conscious Capitalism movement is providing a blueprint for all companies to achieve success beyond the bottom-line by practicing four tenets of Purpose, Leadership, Culture and Stakeholder Integration.  Learn more about the Arizona Chapter at https://consciouscapitalismaz.com
